Is DREAMWEAVER esier for design than HTML code?

Dreamweaver provide many design tools that is easy to drag for design.For the same case html need to write a number of line code. What do you think about that?

ehostamo i refer html coding with notepad, my opinion is that when you make your website with dreamweaver your site looks different every browser. So I refer Hand coding, maybe you have to learn html-language more, but site works better and seems just like you want. So...
