cleaning a kittens ears

As most already know I have a new kitten and well we adopted him cause she was at our doorstep. Any way her ears are really dirty is there a safe way I can clean her ears. Can I use q tips or what. Thanks for the help.

MuncheeLee If her ears are really dirty, she probably has earmites. You can take a few drops of baby oil and put it in each ear. Hold her head so she doesn't shake it. Rub the base of each ear together to work it down in there good. Then let her go. After she's...
