M.Shafeeq He is more attached to you and bonding between u too is great that is why he doesn't want to be away from you. It's normal in later time he will learn it guide him to make friends make him busy in other stuffs.

Merryjoy she needs friends to see learn from the outside to be strong. she needs to observe comparison to other children to think. just wait and it will be okay. if not just go to the experts

The Fly One Dont starve yourself or follow some crazy diets. Instead start eating healthy foods, drink lots of water throughout the day and exercise mildly.

Latisha Porter I agree to one of the other responses. Do not look at it as a diet. You have to change your mindset to LIFESTYLE CHANGE...set small goals, change your food choices, reduce your portions, track everything, eat less, move more, keep a journal of your thoughts...

Tacia Elise I agree with others. Honestly the best "diet" is well balanced nutrition and portion sizes. Make sure you leave out the bad foods. Introduce plenty of healthy foods. Eat often. Drink plenty of water. Exercise daily. You definitely got this?

Colene Thank you very much, and no, I didn't take that the wrong way. You have a point. I think she tells everyone how poor she was growing up so that people think she's so great for coming so far. I'm glad she is so academic, but she's just a mean person.
