ellanick its good that you can discussed this things to your husband and he can compromise with you. but try to look into the situation, both are trying to work for the kids but when taking care for the kids, its always the mother. there should be equality!

ellanick that's good! at least one of you can take care of your kids bec. of your work schedule. too bad for me coz we have the same working time, my only rest day taking care of the children are during sat and sunday when my husband is around.
