emdal0310 I made a huge bowl of fruit salad the other day thanks to your suggestion! Such a great idea because it makes such a healthy snack. I find myself reaching for the fruit salad instead of a bag of chips now :)

emdal0310 I totally agree with the weight gain when eating late at night! It goes straight to my lower half as well, and girl, there's enough down there already! Haha, in fact, I've read that sleeping after eating is how sumo wrestlers gain their weight ... O__O

emdal0310 thanks for your suggestions! we've already sent out 4 boxes filled with goodies so they should be there when we arrive. I can't wait to be back home, although I do understand we'll be there during the monsoon/rainy season. How's the weather been?
