When will you wake up in the morning..?

I usually sleep upto 10 am in the morning.. I will go to office after 10.. But my parents keep on insisting me that waking up very late is bad habbit.. I usually sleep after 1 am in the morning which will make to wake up...

emilmon i usually wake up on 6 am. this time is very comfortable for me .if i wake up very early or very late i feel tired or sleepy in office times
