Emmapep That's great that you were able to give it up so easily. I think a lifestyle change is maybe the only way to do it, if you go to bars then it is harder to say no because everyone around you is drinking.

Emmapep Hi Dawn, there is a blog application on there, it's called 'Blog It', not sure how good it is though I've seen some negative comments about it but it might be worth a look.
