0112500whp if you always do this ,that's you body decided i think , you can ask your doctor for some special method ,or you can do a lot of excercises before go to sleep ,you feel so tired and maybe don't have energy to watch tv and do other things i think .

Well, I think you cant really change your personality or your nature, you can hide, by not showing your true colours, or by modifying your actions or behavior over lessons learned over time...but your susceptible to the same urges...

subha12 i think people really can't change much when they grow up. Habits are very difficult to be changed in grown up people.Also it is possible to hide some part of self, but not possible to change much.
