eric_v_b I understand this must be pretty frustrating for you right now, but in time things will get better. We've been unfortunate to with this economic struggle, but I think that we will learn a lot from it. Things are going to start to change for the best.

eric_v_b I passed by there on a bus to, but everybody asked the driver to stop so we could go check it out, it was really worth it. Everything was covered in lava, except for that church, it looked like something symbolic.

eric_v_b Vito is absolutely right, all Sicilian cities are beautiful at night, especially when everything it lite up. Nonetheless, I like it better during the day, when there is all the action going on.

eric_v_b Haha, I find this kind of stuff interesting too, but I doubt this is a place to talk about it. Some aspects of Sicily are better left alone I think.

eric_v_b I have also been there and you are absolutely right, the view there is quite magnificient. Have you seen all the destruction that the Etna caused; there is a village completely covered by lava, you can only see the church tower.

eric_v_b Exactly, it started like that and then it moved on to protecting wealthy land owners from the communists and today, it has become something completely different. Their range of activities is much wider then 400 years ago.

eric_v_b No, it isn't something my grandfather said and actually I do not quite remember where I heard it from; but today I thank the person who told me, because as you said it is very meaningful and true. And I think you can use it in life to make money.

eric_v_b That is a very good way too look at life; if you never give up, you will definitly be more succesfull in everything you take on in life. And that goes for myLot too, keep on writing till you reach that 10$ goal and afterwards you can decide if it was worth it...

eric_v_b I have to agree with vito, Sicily is more complicated then you think; nonetheless, it is nice to see that some are still optimistic for change. And I do not want to be the one to change that in you.
