Time to cut his hair?

I have a 2 year old son Angel who has long hair. People mistake him for a girl all the time. I do understand why they might think that but come on he has blue on. Anyway I have not cut his hair yet because he has the cutest curls....

ericagao what a lovely baby.in my country if a baby has little hair,the parent will offen cut it.because we believe hair will grow faster and much more in quantity when it is cut often. sorry for my poor english.i don't know if you can understand what i said
