How can we avoid memory lost ?

I'm afraid of having memory lost, any suggestion that i can keep my memory on proper function. even in early age. or how can i boost my memory without taking any drugs is this possible.

ernkads Okay ....good thing is i don't smoke ....tnx...I will eat a healthy foods...but i love hamburgers and fries...

well i got my first payment form mylot this month and i am soooo excited!! at first i was in a fix on what to do with the money... i do want to keep saving it, but also wanted to spend a little bit of it just to get the feel of MY...
