How can we avoid memory lost ?

I'm afraid of having memory lost, any suggestion that i can keep my memory on proper function. even in early age. or how can i boost my memory without taking any drugs is this possible.

Have you experienced seeing ghost or Only have 3rd eye can see them.

Well as i experienced in my life never seen a ghost in my life what look like them but i only heard them by chair moved liked somebody is siting on it. well somebody said i have to open my 3rd eye to see them. is this true..
