trouble4u2avoid Lol,I have the same problem. What I like to do is tell them to CLEAN something! Talk about leaving the roon fast. It doesn't work all the time but usually it does. It drives me crazy because rarely am I on the phone. My teenagers hog it up.

jayzanne Wow, good for you. I think there are a lot of affordable houses in Baguio. Try to read newspapers or browse the internet if there are houses for sale or for rent. I love Baguio, it's like Manila with a cold atmosphere. All the prices of goods are cheaper.
