estherlou Foreign films is my husbands' passion. He watches several a week. I never understood the attraction but he is avid about them and as a result, has learned a lot about cultures around the world from watching them.

estherlou Wow. What comments she made. Those are the type of comments that show us the huge gaps in generations and social conditioning in our country. There really isn't much of a response expect a look of disbelief.

estherlou I think I would want to counsel my friend to get professional help. If someone thinks he should have been born a dolphin, I'd think something was wrong. As for new technology...it still sounds like science fiction.

estherlou Years ago, I was able to go on a private religious retreat at least once a year. That time away from "everything" was precious and it was a time of prayer and reflection and personal study. I miss being able to do that.
