Loose weight without giving up favourite foods? Any advice?

I want to loose a few pounds more. But without giving up my favourite foods and i do not want to take any pills. Do u have any suggestion? Appreciate it!!!

evk0716 I love Weight Watchers!! It is the best diet for me because you do not have to give up your favirite foods!! There is absolulely no food you cannot have. I makes you aware of what you are eating and is truely a lifestyle more than a diet. I have always had...
