water has a big help in having a diet. you can drink lot of water before eating meals.in that case, you can eat less and control of having more carbohydrates in take. what do you think guys?

evsamaghanoy u think its a grade-schooler logic but dont u know that lot of people forget the simple way method. usually people do exaggerated acts. water is a big help perhaps u didnt apply it in your daily routine thats why.
