i hav a paypal accoun but it is not linked to my credit card or bank account will i still be able to make payments and receive payments from sites like mylot and also how is money transfered from mylot after i have made some money...

exaltix You should verify the PayPal account for the reasons stated here, then at some point you should be eligible to apply for a PayPal Debit Card which you can use for purchases or to pull money out of your account via ATM Withdrawals. I use it frequently. Good...
