my height is about 5 9 .i m playing ball for quite a while now . although i can do most of the moves but the only thing i m lacking is a dunk?anybody got advice?

fadhi56 basically there are three body types mesomorphs,ectomorphs and endomorphs. The symtoms given by you indicate that you are a ectomorph. These peoples are basically the hard gainers. Its very difficult for them to gain weight. IF you really want to gain weight...
