I've heard on many diet websites and advice pieces that you can trick yourself into eating less by using smaller plates and bowls. Apparantly your brain feels like it's eating a lot because the smaller plate is over-flowing....

faique i say that the best and free software for virus removal is AVG and the best spyware, adware and torjan removal software is SPYBOT SEARCH AND DESTROY. You can get them easily from www.download.com and they are free, u dont need to purchase them.

faique thanks for the post but you must remember that you should always add a tag to your post because it also makes effect in the earning. and yeh now people who dont have a rating of at least 500 cannot post photos which is a very sad news because i like to post...

faique i dont think if mylot should make it like they have to approve a post then its going to come because it will take them days to approve all posts, but if they put a delay of about 1 minute even then its ok because it will not bug the people who are not...

faique haha you are not the only one who got banned. I am banned from there 2 times and thats why i hate them. they banned me for a reason of clicking on my own clicks where as i didn't and they banned me. then i contacted them 2 times and had my account activated...
