family4 Healthwise i don't think the time frame matters. The massage therapist will have a routine for each time frame. If you have only one once in a while a believe an hour massage is more beneficial but if you go more frequently then 30 mins will do the same as you...

family4 I agree, I only have 2 cats, but i also use the grocery bags to clean the litter box. We use them for garbages as well and I take some monthly to my youngest pre-school where they use them for garbages or for the kids to take stuff home or even crafts. My Dad...
