fanzejian thank you for your reply .I have tried the methods that you have posted .and it is effective but there is anther question :my co-workers are not very amazed by my actions and the attitudes.sigh,it is hard to manage the company as a leader.

I am amazed by the fact that a co-worker watch the vedio when we are working at the office .but I have to say that that action violate the rules of the company.and the co-worker takes the job of finance and the leader always not...
