Do you remember your dreams in the morning??

when i wake up in the mornings i feel like i have had some weird dreams , but i cannot remember them for nothing. I have even told myself before i go to sleep to remember them when i wake up. how can i remember them???

Fata1ly I Tend to remember Nightmares rather than good dreams But prehaps thats just me
