there are times where i can remember my dream when i wake up in the morning but it's not complete because there are missing pieces which i can't recall.. but there are also times where i totally forgot what i have dreamed about the night before.. there are even times when i really want to remember what i have dreamed about but no matter what i do, they don't come back to me at that moment.. but when i no longer think about them, they just enter my mind and i just realized that i have dreamed about them..

I can't tell you how to recall your dreams because most people really have the recollection that they have dreamed during the night but the details are becomes vague when they awake. Those dreams are just the result of our subconscious working while we are sleeping. Those are our fantasies and longings, our aspirations and hopes. For me, I can recall most of the dreams I have during the night especially the one I have right after I woke.

sometimes i do, but it depends on wht kinda of dream they are. it seems the weirder the dream the better i remember it. i dont know if it means something or not. the only other dreams tht i remember are ones tht i've had before. i think tht if u take ur time wakeing up might have some thing to do with remembering ur dreams. i'm not sure. try to have make ur dreams in the third person view, cuz thts what most of my dreams tht i can remember are in. make it like a movie of u.

Dreams do not take place in the part of your brain that is attached to long term memory so, in order to remember a dream, you have to wake up completely (instead of drifting back to sleep a couple of times) and recall it while you are awake. That's the only way that I know of to put it into your long term memory.

as soon as u wake up, write it down. keep a notebook by ur bedside. maybe tell yourself before u go to be, "i will remember it" and make a conscious effort to retain it as u dream it. and write it down right away before it leaves. i dont always remember my dreams. but most of my dreams occurred early in the morning before i wake. i just just had a dream, yesterday morning, but as soon as i woke up i forgot it.

I remembered my dream this morning. Most of the time I remember my dreams in the mornings expecially when I have clear dreams. Take food that will help to improve your memory like eggs and herbs like gingko. Train your mind to remember and learn new skills which will help to exercise your memory skills.

You can not. There are lots of dreams i had but when i woke up in the morning i don't remember them. All i can say that i had a good or bad dream. So it is not up to us to remember dreams.

Well, try this: Set up your alarm for every 1.5 hour. That is the time when you are in stage REM (Rapid Eye Movements) and that is when you are dreaming. First one goes for 10 min, next one for 20min, next for 30 and the last one for 40 (that is during average 8 hours sleep time). Try not to be to tired from night before cause then it may change. The trick is to wake up during REM stage (which comes back every 1.5 hour). Then you can remember all your dreams. Ps. I have never tried, but let me know if you do and how it went. Good luck :))))

it's useful to keep a notebook next to your bed, or a tape recorder works great too. you start remembering more the more you try to record your dreams. your unconcious will be more open to you if you open up to it.
