maryrajam1962 Sometimes I talk for half an hour to close friends. Once I talked for an hour to a friend from overseas. It was the first time I talk to him and I really enjoy talking to him.

maryrajam1962 I use both internet and books for research. I love going to the library and search for information. Even the librarians can be helpful. Newspapers and magazines are also used in my research. I found out some information are only available in books.

maryrajam1962 I do remember watching Little House on the Prairie when I was a child. I sill remember my mother commenting I looked a little like Laura's mother. The most unforgettable is Land of the Giants and The Brady bunch.

maryrajam1962 I do not wear contact lenses or glasses. I take good care of my eyes by taking carrot juice often. I read it is good for our eyes. I also take fresh vegetable juice and a balanced diet. I invest in vitamin tablets too.

maryrajam1962 Just like you I love many fruits. My favorite fruit is mangosteen. It is a seasonal fruit so I do not always see this fruit. It is a delicious fruit and it's juice is well known for medical benefits.

maryrajam1962 Drink more warm water. Eat more oranges and other fruits which has lots of vitamin C. Take chicken soup. Most important stay warm and have good rest. The cold can cure by itself without the need of drugs.
