A clove a day could lower your Blood pressure?

Well, I've heard some doctors and read articles that eating a clove of garlic a day could lower your blood pressure. is it really true? I tried eating a clove of garlic for 5 days and after that my cardiologist told me that my blood pressure didn't went down. Anyone?

You need to take garlic on long term basis before you can see a difference in your blood pressure. I never had high blood pressure although some of my family members do have high blood pressure. Take sea salt and not the processed salt. Eat more fresh food and avoid processed food.

Garlic for good health? I have heard a lot about it in college. Never tried it though as I disliked the raw taste. So you think that the Garlic has not worked for you? You need to be following some of the tips from my article(Follow what is applicable to you):
