oyenkai Yep. I live in the Philippines so you can just imagine how hot days are in here (summer or not). I use Curl Booster gel by Citre Shine everyday and it doesn't damage my hair at all. Be sure to wash it off before you sleep and be sure to not put too much on,...

wotfpatty Hair gel is made to be used in the elements, especially humidity. I think, if anything, the gel will protect your hair from the sun's rays. I have worn hair gel on very hot days and had no problems whatsoever. I honestly don't believe any hair type will suffer...
