Which car would you buy Nissan Skyline GT-R or Audi R8?

Nissan came out with its new 2009 Skyline GT-R, and Audi came out with its new R8 this year as well. Both were pretty popular in the 2008 Auto shows. Now I'm wondering which one would you consider in purchasing?
