How to obtain deleted history on firefox

Hello Friends, Yesterday I surfed on website. I forgot to bookmark it and now I forgot its URL. So is there any method to revive the last sites history. Is it stored some where else

fhd0111 If u hv deleted the history then it is very difficult to recover it. Even the software in the market that claims d best doesn't really does the needfull. Better is to have a research on the subject of what u've erased and now searching for.... may u...
