finchley I am sorry to have to report that the site is no longer paying. I do believe the Admin is honest - I was paid twice. Eventually they were the victims of spammers, this is a hazard that all forums face.

finchley Yes I would always look for a rescue dog first. Mine is a rescue dog and he is a wonderful companion. We saw a Labradoodle at a local dog show, it was not one onf the most attractive dogs I've seen.

finchley You learn by watching someone else first, and you need a book (or several) with photos - not illustrations - and descriptions. That is how I started, and I just collected a few types. Are you in the UK?

finchley I am sorry to hear that. Dogs have a good sense of direction but mostly they have no road sense at all. Mine would march straight out into the traffic if he could.
