the longest hours you can sleep for

as an adult,we're suggested to sleep from 6-8 hours a day.but the actual hours we sleep for differ from different periods and different individuals,because sometimes we get too busy to sleep enough,yet sometimes we are laid back...

fingerx Dear friend try to sleep at least 6 to 8 hours to avoid some diseases like acidity.
