flashingc tabla is an indian drum, but a lot more mellowed down thing.......while drum gives tumhping sounds, tabla give melodious music!!

flashingc unfortunately, i dont know of any ways of quitting it. i may say that u need to be resolute and patient, but then it seldom helps. the urge to smoke takes over everything else. but, i wud sincerely wish that u leave smoking ASAP

flashingc yeah, i agree......once u acknowledge his existence....u can accomplish anything...but i generally differ in my idea of acknowledgement.... u r not required to acknowledge explicitly, just do things in good way and have no ill feelings i.e. purify ur heart...
