flordelizv hehe, nice try teh....just keep trying until ul b great at it...from my own learnings...fry the spices, onion, etc, then meat,let it bcome a liltte brown,,then add water or broth and let it boil until the meat is tender... add ur other veg if there are...

flordelizv Hahaha, as usual teh, Ive tried it few times... I hurt myself too but my only cure for that once my tummy starts hurting is to lie down flat and try to fall asleep. After I wake up, its gone. Lol. Don't do it more often coz it's not that good for our body....
