I still see a lot of people riding around on a motorcycle without a helmet on. If it is the law to wear a seatbelt, why isn't it the law to wear a helmet?

flutterby74 I don't think it is the government's job to make lightweight helmets available. Perhaps a company can start designing and manufacturing some.

I am sure some people will be upset at the mere though of this. However, for a long time I have felt that tobacco should be illegal like marijuana. It is the only product that if it is used as intended will kill. It drives up...
