can't sleep early...

guys can you help me...what can i do to sleep early ? cause i cant sleep as early as i can i feel so ugly already :(

fmengjia hey,i can fully understand your situation because i am suffering sleepless either.it's really really hard for me just go to bed early or just sleep on time even though the next day i will have morning classes .it's been a long time that i can't sleep early...
