which is worse? drunk drivers or talking on cell phones while driving?

I know so many people that can not sit still while talking on the phone. They are always occupied doing something while on the phone. so should driving while on a cell phone be the same as drunk driving?

fordman26 I only mess with the radio a little when im driving. Shouldnt really do that. One thing to think about, if your driving 60 mph and you take a drink out of your bottle of pop when a deer runs out in front of you, what is gonna happen when the air bag comes...

The fireplace in our house has a rack of cast iron pokers that are slightly heavy. Laying on the couch one night watching tv, the shovel lighted up at a 90 degree angle and dropped straight down by itself making alot of noise...

Ok, for anyone who watched American Idol tonight, does anyone know what was up with Paula?? Was she drunk or on something? I thought her behaviour was so incredibly odd tonight. Did anyone else notice this?

fordman26 Dealing with all of them auditions for twelve hours I would probably drink too. Especially the bad ones.
