When you are having a bad day or even a bad moment what helps you get back to normal? What picks you up your feeling down? For me, I start to listen to music and it helps me. Not slow music but something with a beat, something...

forevergc I used to play piano and when I did, I did take out my frustrations by playing. I haven't played in about 10 yrs and am actually thinking of taking it back up again!
