foxfox106 open 'My Computer', right click your drive, select 'properties', then you can see how many space was used already. If you have many mp3s or movies or pictures on your hdd, just backup to external media like usb drive, dvd and free some space of your hdd.

foxfox106 Thanks for reply, I will go to the UPS store tomorrow to see what I can do later, the package is the laptop computer I returned to Dell. I hope I can get the money back finally.
