fridaychild I began last wk, so far lost 6lbs, i only drink black coffee in breakfast, and eat very very few in dinner, like lettuce with lemon, and 1 slice ham...I like yogurt, but i changed to eat all natural yogurt...of course no snakes during day, and at least 2L...
