Sudden changes in my life forced me to live on my own again. In a snap, I have to force myself to be strong and independent. But the loss of a loved one still breaks me into a million pieces and being alone makes me cry even more....

amanda08 I am so sorry about your loss. Are you a religious person? First of all that may be a way to help yourself feel better spiritually. Also, maybe you should try setting some goals for yourself- maybe continuing your education and/or setting career goals....

amanda08 I remember when Denise Austin used to come on Lifetime channel early in the mornings- I guess she doesn't come on anymore. I have a hard time sticking to workout videos, but I really like the multi muscle walking videos by Leslie Sansone and have done 27 miles...
