What is your favorite workout dvd? I have heard lots of good things about Jillian Michaels, but so far I have only been doing the Leslie Sansone walks.

amanda08 I think that people are not giving him enough time to work through all of the United States problems- people are expecting too much too soon. And we should be thankful that McCain didn't get it-- yes he is a veteran, but he is trigger happy and not to be rude...

amanda08 I remember when Denise Austin used to come on Lifetime channel early in the mornings- I guess she doesn't come on anymore. I have a hard time sticking to workout videos, but I really like the multi muscle walking videos by Leslie Sansone and have done 27 miles...
