frugalmoneymanager I understand when people say they lie because they don't want to hurt someone's feelings. But, I wonder if it is really better to lie. I know that if it was me that was being lied to, I would feel much worse about the lie than I would the truth.

frugalmoneymanager That's a good point. Using a credit card responsibly will improve your credit rating. So, if you want to buy a house, it might be a good idea to have a credit card. But, use it carefully and pay it off each month.

frugalmoneymanager Sometimes I wonder what criteria they use to determine whether someone is fit to police. I believe that they should do psychological testing on people who want to become authority figures. Some of them are dangerous with all that authority.

frugalmoneymanager Yeah, I know it's long. Once I finished the story and realized how long it was I tried to think of how to cut it, but decided I would just leave the story in its entirety. I figure people will read it, scan it, or skip it.

frugalmoneymanager I agree with that. I have that problem more with herbs than I do with spices. I know what garlic and onion go well with. But, the herbs, I usually do that wrong. I'm thinking I'm going to throw out all my herbs so that I cant mess up another dish.
