guys, how many of you who fill back pain?

i'm already 41, and still single, and i almost fill this back pain for more than half of my life, what can i do to get rid of these mighty problem in my life? guys, is there any prescription over there? cuz even my doctor can't...

for me i like sinigang very much, maasim asim. it give you more vitamin c, and if your sinigang is milk fish,it gave you more omega 3. do you agree guy?

food sources have been polluted. the air we breathe and the water we drink are contaminated. industrial wastes threaten life on land and in the sea. how can we fixed this problem?
