I stopped Drugs,How can I stop smoking?

For about 4 years i used crack.When i stopped, i started smoking cigs.Now this is affecting my health.I need to stop!Can you tell me what worked for you?

gabby_juan Start one day at a time. If your smoke 10 sticks a day, try to smoke smoke less stick a day. Bad habits are hard to forget so why not build a habit of smoking less a day and not totally quit smoking in one day. try this one. maybe it could help...
