gahsoon You may try Aim4Media.Com, it is a PPM program. I apply on one of my site: Http://AhSoon.Net. The ad do not show on my homepage but all the single pages. I've got a 152k impression for last month which generate $50 of revenue. Give it a try.

gahsoon This is definately against adsense's TOC, please do not do it again. It is said you have to report it to Google, but its up to you. I used to jog down the url and open it on a new page when I saw an ad that grab myattention.
