Pain during periods

Like a lot of girls, I have pain continuously for two or three days during my periods. I do not eat pain killer because the doctors refuse to eat a pain killer. Do you all have a pain during your periods?

As I wasn't feeling good last week so far this week I have been feeling better. I think what help the most was taking cold medicine and drinking tea and get warm baths as well with getting good night sleeps. As far as my sisters...
