Garcia5 I have no idea what exactly its called. I caught the tail end of the report on the news one night. You'll have to forgive me I am not prone to watching the news these days unless its the local channel news. You hit the nail on the head.

Garcia5 In my old line of work everything was earned by merit. I worked hard and when someone was behind in productivity I would help them once my productivity was covered. As long as you show people that your good at your job and give them a reason to side with you...
