The ER is overcrowded, understaffed and unprofitable. Is there a solution. I think there is. They are called "emergency Sites". They would be located strategcally through out the populated areas. The #1 advantage of these sites...

The details, are the homeless using the system to get a free ride through life? They always gravitate South to keep their toessies nice and warm all winter. Really, why not get a broom and sweep them into a pile and haul them...

enforcing Forida Judgement in N.Y.S.

I had a jugement entered against me in Florida. Can this jugement be enforced in NY? As I understand it, a seperate legal action has to be initiated.
