getjimmy U can use Virtual credit Card.I verified my Paypal with VCC only.It will cost you $15 to buy VCC but its worth.We dont need real CC atleast. One of my friend is a VCC reseller.Let me know if u need any help.I am from India.

getjimmy To be healthy and giving. I say giving because I want to be so confident in God's desire to give back to me that I won't think twice about giving (as if giving would be "taking" from me or causing me "lose out" in some way) ... Wish me luck! :)
