I have an acoount in a bank in India which provides Net card. They gave me one pin no. for the card which i can manage online. Every 48 hours (this time frme can be changed) it expires and the unique pin no. gets nullified. I can create another net card by providing another no. on net. Now, suppose i make a card of rupees 500 and buy something worth 200 , after 48 hours the remaining 300 would be transfered to my account before the card expires. You can verify the pay pal account by giving the card no. and ask for trfanfer of monet. i think, they will charge some tax for this. once its transfered it would get to your account automatically. The benefit of this card is that it can't be hacked easily. I haven't used it for paypal as yet though. hope you get me right.

Yes I did understand, so I will have to contact my bank....I will wait for sometime , may be there are some suggestion of making virtual net card on internet itself........if not then I will make enquiry with my bank.....at least now your account is verified. Yes ,after discussing with many people and after several correspondence with paypal admin., I have come to the conclusion that, we have no other choice but to give them our credit card....so I will also apply for one .......this all is so complicated....and they say, paypal is easy.......best of luck to both of us.

Thank you apsara60.A few minutes back i found in a discussion that xoom.com pays to a limit of $100 to unverified paypal account.Hence i have again mailed to xoom to find out whether they process transfer like that.waiting for the reply..from xoom..

hi suba and apsara, xoom.com allows money transfer from paypal even through courier to your place and for that they charge some amount. this amount is more or less the same as the amount paypal debits (5$, i guess) to issue a check. so why not ask for a chek from paypal itself at the cost of 5$?what do you think??

If you gave your credit card and still it did not verifiy, it means that your country is not supported by paypal.Did you check the list of countries. Try to open account in moneybookers or some other........there are many options.

Thanks for your reply subathra. I was told about xoom.com also by some other friends at this discussion. But unfotunately, I live in Israel now and xoom does not include this country. I don't know what to do.......still waiting for some proper solution. Thanks for your help.

I saw from your profile that you are from canada.....I think people staying in usa and canada don't have to get verified.......but we people from asia have to undergo all this procedure. Lucky you........

How did you do it.......I am in Isarel and it always say that since you are an international member, you must verify by credit card. Will you please let me know how you got your paypal account verified by mail. I think only citizens of USA and Canada can do that.

Hi there, No I did not verify my paypal account as I dont have a credit card. I choose option of moneybookers account. At least I have money in my account, though I did not yet try to get it in my hands. I don't know if moneybookers is ok for philliphines....please aske other friends here. yes that is what I will do.....I already have egold account, and moneybookers account. may be I will change from paypal to one of these. Can you tell me if moneybookers will also make any problem of verification in future. The problem is that most of the paid sites pay money only through paypal. Thanks for your help.

Right now I am not in hurry to withdraw, the problem is that they are not accepting my payment which I got from dollar pays site......I don't know why they are doing this....I just want to accumalate my earning.

Yes that is the problem, we all hesitate to use our credit card on net.... see above discussions....may be you will also get some help from them. You really don't know whom to trust and whom not........this verification is a real problem....
