kyle930 I believe you can become verified by adding a bank account to the paypal account instead of a credit card. Good Luck.

kyle930 You can open an account but you cant access any money you accumulate in it untill you provide a credit card or bank account to connect to the account.

kyle930 I think you have to tell them or they will probably find out some other way and if you tell them first you will seem more trustworty. You just have to explain that because you did the things you did you know why they shouldnt do them.
